Answer:

If one reads their horoscope or consults an astrologist, and actually believes what they say is true and takes it seriously, then this is a form of disbelief (kufr) in God.

Imam al-Sadiq (as): “Whoever goes to a magician, a fortune-teller, a liar, acknowledging what he says as truth, has disbelieved in Allah, the Exalted”.
