Question:

Is it fine to give money to my mother to perform Hajj if that is the only halaal money which is got as Haq Mahr? Is it allowed to give money as a present to some one to perform Hajj.

Answer:

Yes, a person can give or gift money to another person for that person to perform Hajj with that money. There is no problem with this. In fact, the person giving this money would receive great rewards from Allah (SWT), especially if this gift is to their parents.
